I am a qualified Master and PunchFit Trainer who brings a great love of fitness and fun to my workout sessions and a firm believer in just getting out and giving it a go!


I have two young children and can identify with women who are having difficulty regaining their pre-baby health and fitness. My training experience has seen me work with men and women of varying ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals, and have plenty of fun and laughs along the way.


My specialties are boxing and outdoor training, with a particular interest in nutrition and diet and the powerful connection between our bodies and minds. My main aim as a trainer is to motivate and help people get into great shape and live life to its fullest.


I am currently registered with Fitness Australia and hold Nationally recognised certificates in:

  • Certificate 3 Gym Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor
  • Certificate 4 in Personal Training (including training for older adults and children)
  • Qualified Holistic Health Coach
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • Certificate in Nutrition and Diet
  • PunchFit Trainer
