The best and fastest way to get results is to work one-on-one with a trainer. All sessions are designed specifically around you and your needs so that you reach your goals faster
If you like to train with someone, but prefer not to exercise in bigger groups, then our Buddy sessions are for you. They work in the same way as the one-on-one sessions, but you can bring a friend, and save money too!
Private Group Training
If you’re looking for a great workout in a more social setting than our Private or Buddy PT and HIIT FIT just aren't your thing, then give Group Training a go. These sessions vary to keep your interest and motivation at their highest and include strength training, cardio, circuits, boxing and games. Get a group of friends together, or your mother's group, and have some Private Group Training sessions. Motivate each other, have a laugh and feel fantastic! *Minimum numbers (4 people or more) apply for Private Group Training.
Small Group PT
Small Group PT is a great session we run down on Elwood Beach on Saturday mornings. This session is always different, making it fun and keeping your body working hard by changing the work we ask it to do. We use bodyweight, weights, cardio, core and the sand to get the best out of you! The first session is FREE and all fitness levels are welcome.
Let's Get Strong & Cardio Boxing with BlueSky Active
These sessions are fun and challenging classes, targeted at getting you stronger (Let's Get Strong) and fitter (Cardio Boxing). The Let's Get Strong sessions use a mix of bodyweight, cardio, core and weighted drills and exercise to help increase your all over body strength, whilst the Cardio Boxing targets your heart rate using awesome boxing drills with gloves and pads. Our Founder and Director (Holly Brown) takes these sessions so you know you're getting a great workout every time. Build strength, fitness and burn fat fast!

Beach Fit @ Brighton Baths Health Club
Achieve your fitness goals with the professionally trained team (including Living Fit Owner & Director, Holly Brown!) at Brighton Baths Health Club. This is a great class run at Brighton Baths Health Club and has a limited amount of spaces, allowing you to get the very best out of the Boot Camp coaches. Available to most ages, fitness levels, members and non-members - This class is perfect for everyone!
The sessions focus on interval and strength training whilst being able to take in the gorgeous surroundings. The class will not only train you physically but teach you skills to overcome mental boundaries and barriers for all your future training. Our program targets the mind, body AND soul.
Sessions are run every Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:10am-7:00am and Saturday (boxing) @ 7:30am
